Pests in a home can be difficult to identify and disruptive to everyday life. Our approach is to establish what is happening, explain the appropriate options and help you make the property less attractive to future pests.
Residential properties
Houses, flats, gardens and rented homes.
We welcome enquiries from homeowners, tenants and landlords about activity in kitchens, lofts, bedrooms, garages, gardens and shared areas. The inspection and treatment approach will depend on the site and the pest involved.
We consider occupancy, pets, access arrangements and any areas that need particular care. If a landlord or managing agent is responsible for arranging works, we can discuss what information they may need.

Useful information to have ready.
- What you have seen, heard or found, and when it started.
- The affected rooms or outdoor areas.
- Whether there are children, pets or access restrictions to consider.
- Whether any treatment or proofing has already been attempted.
- A clear photograph, if you have one; this is optional.
We may recommend identification or inspection before quoting a treatment. Some pest issues need more than one visit, and we will not suggest that any particular outcome is guaranteed.
After the immediate problem
Prevention has a place in every plan.
Where relevant, advice can cover food storage, waste handling, building gaps, moisture, maintenance and activity monitoring. These measures may reduce recurring pressure but no property can be declared permanently pest-proof.
